Pokemon Cars

In Japan, TOYOTA created these cars as part of a Theater Exhibition for the Pokemon Latest Version -Diamond and Pearl... It was showcased there lasy May-June 2007. Imagine if we have this here, Nirro would have begged his Papa and Mama and Lolo and Lola to buy that. It must have been really cool to have one of that for the kids!

Sunday Fun Day!

Early Sunday morning, Joro and Panchang (pet name for Aliyah... hehehe) played in the bedroom....
Later in the evening, after Nirro's power nap, we dressed up for the 6pm Mass. This photo was taken while Nirro and Lola Baby was watching cartoons. We did dress up a little early so we let the time pass by watching cartoons. =)

After the mass, Lolo Ben bought the kids a Happy Meal from McDonalds. And guess what's the free toy now? Pokemon Stuff! Pens and Pokeballs. More than that, they are also designed to release a round thing with pointed tips that makes it spin, sort of like an innovative version of a "TOP", a kind of toy we used to have back in our time. The kids surely had a fun time playing with them and trying to outdo each other's pokemon --- the last to stop spinning wins the battle!

Five (5) new pokemons I bought for Nirro last Thursday.... The last was "Pikachu", he does have one already but here, pikachu was on a different pose. Pikachu is the original and lead pokemon. He is under the care of Ash, the lead character... =)

Round-Up

Lolo Ben, Ate Agee, Jerriel and I went to Nirro's place awhile ago. We brought avocado, mango, banana and apples. Nirro's plan was to make fruit juices/shakes which he will sell for P5 per cup... plastic cup that is... hehehe...

So we went there with all the fruits and he eagerly started to make those fruit shakes, aksing us one by one what is our order... and we paid him P5 pesos for every cup we drank! =)

No pictures since we don't have the camera with us. We left around 6:20pm when he was already busy in the company of and playing with his neighborhood buddies... =)

How a child learns

Excuse the cross-post but I guess it is relevant... you may all know this already but it's good to be reminded once in awhile...

If a child lives with criticism, he learns to condemn.

Nirro's Pokemon Collection... NOW!

This is Nirro's Pokemon Collection at present... they are about almost 300 already! and still counting ....Everyday, there's always a new character we get to buy... hehehe... in the future they might be worth hundreds of thousands huh? =)

Actually, it has become my "passion" as well to collect these pokemons for him and arrange them altogether. Hopefully, he appreciates the "growth" of his pokemon collection and learn to take care and value each of those "characters". It's actually nice to see him pick the characters from the shelf and just choose which of those to play with for the day, and then return them to their places afterwards. I just arrange it again evenly at night. This way, he also gets to see if there's a missing "pokemon" and take pains in finding them in the places he played in, like in the bedroom or in Tita Joan's house. =)

Other updates: Nirro's been having a stuffy nose, a case of his allergic rhinitis condition - read as: allergy to dust mites, dusts and the like...

Other than that, the past two (2) days were okay. He's got no classes last Monday because it was the day for the SONA - read as: State-Of-the-Nation-Address by PGMA.

Hope his colds will be over soon though...

Bili bili na kayo....

Tita Joan and Tita Patty wanted to sell ICE Candy so the kids helped them... In addition, they decided to sell pokemon toys and other stuff as well like crackers and candies. This they did last Saturday... just for fun! hehehe... they did sell Ice Candy and Green Peas Crackers-- among themselves. hehehe...

But the fun was in seeing them say "bili bili na po kayo..." to people passing in front of the house! =)

This Week's Round Up

Nothing really fancy this week about Nirro, except that he has been eating really very well. Somehow, he has regained his appetite. He has been swimming in the afternoon (where else but in lolo ben's garage...) and taking his power nap afterwards.

Unfortunately today though, his tooth is aching so he is a little grumpy. He was able to finsih eating his lunch when he suddenly complained of a toothache. Poor Nirro. As of this blogging, he is watching cartoons and hoping for his toothache to go away...
