These two (2) cute boys having a siesta, lying on the sofa bed while watching Pokemon cartoons. What a joy to see. =)

The gift of foresight

Guess what? Nirro was right about the water color!

We fetched him yesterday from school and he informed us that indeed, they were supposed to bring a watercolor set! It's just that Sis. Ciata forgot to tell the class about it, and when Sister saw that he brought one as an initiative (a result of his critical thinking... ) sister commended Nirro "Very Good!" --- obviously because of an analytical mind as displayed by his logic when he explained to me why we have to buy it yesterday from the bookstore.

And so, sister informed the whole calss to bring theirs tomorrow... which is later today by the way, as of this "blogging" session.

Nirro was so happy he anticipated that. And quite frankly, he has no idea how truly amazed and proud I am of him! The way he sees things, analyzes them, applying logic in his reasoning and his exercise of the gift of foresight. Wow! I don't know but I do believe these are qualities of a leader. Hope he keeps it up and he'll definitely go places when he grows up!

Drawing Book, atbp.

Buying the drawing book was a requirement for Nirro's Class, however, he insisted that we buy a watercoloring set as well. Nirro said that we should buy one now so that when Sis. Ciata tells them to bring one to school, he already has one. Besides, he said, how can you have a drawing book without the stuff to paint with? How could I argue with that logic huh? Ok ok, buy the watercolor!

At home, Nirro started to try out the new art materials and started painting as shown by the pictures ...

Nice work... do you think we have an artist in the making? hehehe....
